A post box is also available on the ground floor of Terminal A, with the mail being collected on a regular daily basis.
Schönefeld Airport is fully physically accessible for travellers with mobility problems. Wheelchair users will be able to make use of ramps and lifts, and assistance for those with special needs can be arrange in advance, via the relevant airline.
